Concession Stand Volunteer Responsibilities

• Main stand must have a minimum of 4 volunteers for each shift
• Small stand must have a minimum of 2 volunteers for each shift
• If your team does not have enough volunteers to run the stand, your child’s game will be forfeited
• Volunteers must be at least 14 yrs of age and able make change
• No children allowed in stands under the age of 14 yrs
• On evenings that have first game of the night starting at 5:00 pm, volunteers are to be there at 4:45 pm
• On evenings that have first game of the night starting at 6:00 pm, volunteers are to be there at 5:45 pm
• For Saturday games, volunteers are to be there 15 minutes before the first game starts

• All volunteers, coaches and board members must purchase their food and drinks
  
  Volunteers are responsible for:
  • waiting on customers
  • keeping items stocked during games
  • re-stocking items at end of night
  • end of night clean up, putting away food, dishes, sweeping
  • putting grills away
  • emptying trash cans(inside stands only)
  • other misc. duties
  • a list of duties will be posted in each stand
